By submitting the online Counselling & Guidance Intake Form or availing services from SNJ Skye Management Consultants, the individual (hereinafter referred to as “Counselee”) is deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and consentedto the following Standard Terms & Conditions with their own free will.

Nature of Services

• All services are non-clinical, non-medical, non-psychiatricand intended solely for general emotional wellness and life guidance.
• We are not a mental health or suicide prevention helpline. Individuals facing such conditions are strongly advised to consult registered medical or clinical psychology professionals.
• Counselee participates in counselling and assessmentsvoluntarily and with informed consent.
• No career coaching, job placement, admission support, or employment assistance is provided at any stage.

Limitation of Responsibility

• Services are purely guiding and advisory in nature and do not guarantee outcomes or future success.
• Any results depend entirely on the Counselee’s personality, aptitude (DQ), circumstances, and application.
• No prediction or assurance of future events is undertaken.
• Counselee bears sole responsibility for verifying third-party links, offers, or references shared during counselling.

Appointments & Communication

• Counsellors are available only through prior appointment.
• The only authorized contact number is 9026765467. Any communication via other numbers is at the Counselee’s own risk.
• All counselling data may be stored, used, or shared in accordance with applicable laws.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests are accepted only via email at info@snjskyemc.com within 24 hoursof fee payment.
• Cancellation charges: INR 1250 + INR 250 processing fee.
• No cancellation is permitted once assessments or sessions begin or once 24 hours have elapsed (including holidays).
• Refund processing time: minimum 15 working days(excluding bank processing delays).
• Counselling fees are non-transferable.

Confidentiality

All counselling, guidance, and psychotherapy services are strictly confidential, subject to applicable legal obligations.
